Ted came to view our three-bedroom apartment at One Fifth Avenue, he loved the layout, views and saw the great potential of what his vision would be to stage, market and sell our apartment. His vision was not our vision, LOL, but we let him do what he does best. Then his magic began, well our apartment sold at the first open house for the asking price. We were thrilled!
