For the past 18 years, Ted has been integrally involved in everything from acquisition and planning to marketing, branding, and sales of luxury property. On the buy side, Ted has been helping individual buyers, sellers, and investors realize their unique real estate goals with his market knowledge and savvy negotiating skills. Ted is also highly experienced and adept when it comes to the intricacies of high-profile conversion projects, new developments, and sponsor representation. Because of his considerable insight into market trends and marketing, Ted is able to assess the potential of a home and advise on how best to position the property in any market. He cultivated this creativity early on, earning degrees in Interior Design and Fine Arts and Media Communications at the School of Visual Arts (SVA) and Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City.
